Stan, 81, gets on his bike for St Luke's

A CHADWELL St Mary pensioner has collected an impressive 72 pages of signatures sponsoring him on a bike ride for St Luke's Hospice.
Stan Wall, 81, of Northwood, will be riding 21 miles from Blackshots through Orsett and Bulphan.
The bike ride is not until June 1 but Stan estimates that he has already raised over £3,000 in sponsorship.
He completed a similar event last year raising £3,339 for the hospice.
Despite his age Stan hasn't done any training at all, laughing he said: "I'm not training, I just get on my bike and do it."
